Keshri Jee Hosiery – Return & Exchange Policy

At Keshri Jee Hosiery, we care about your shopping experience and want you to love every purchase you make with us.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

You can return or exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.
Only the product(s) for which the return or exchange request is made should be handed over.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a Keshri Jee Gift Card will be issued to your registered email or phone number.
- Gift cards are valid for 30 days and can be used only once on our website.
- Any remaining balance after a single use will be non-refundable.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Coupon code amounts and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. A ₹100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted from refunds for returns, regardless of the number of items.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and certain personal-use items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders placed using store credit are eligible only for size exchanges, not returns.

All returned products will undergo a Quality Check (QC) during pickup to ensure they match the original order details (product, size, color, brand tag, and condition).
Products failing the QC check will be rejected and not eligible for return or exchange.
Once sealed for pickup, customers are advised to take a picture of the package for their records.

Exchanges are subject to size availability of the same product only.
Exchange to a different product or color is not permitted.
Exchange requests for multiple products must be placed individually.
Once the returned product is received and verified, the exchange order will be processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours.
Once an item has been exchanged and delivered, it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
